ADPP

The Arab Documentary Photography Program (ADPP) was accepting applications through 1 May 2017. ADPP supports compelling non-stereotypical visual documentation of important social issues and relevant to the Arab region through a collaboration with the Arab Fund for Arts and Culture and Magnum Foundation

Review

The 2015 Culture in Defiance Call Review is now available online and in print. For the 2015 Culture in Defiance Call, the Prince Claus Fund selected twenty-three projects from seventeen different countries. These projects create spaces of freedom where people can express themselves, develop critical thinking and shape ideas for future development

Review

For the 2014 Culture in Defiance call, the Prince Claus Fund selected twenty-six projects from twenty-four different countries. The term ‘culture in defiance’ refers to cultural inniatives that support artist expression in conflict areas or regions in transition from war. Through Culture in Defiance the Prince Claus Fund supported projects that create spaces of freedom where people can express themselves, develop critical thinking and shape ideas for future development.

Review: Prince Claus Fund 2013 Call for Proposals, Rethinking Public Space is now available online and in print. Through Rethinking Public Space the Prince Claus Fund supported projects that impacted public space by giving it new meanings, challenging artistic conceptions and involving local communities.

'Review: Prince Claus Fund 2013 Africa Call for Proposals' is now available online and in print. 'The Review' not only shows the diversity of the projects that were supported by the 2013 Africa Call, but also offers insights into the context in which they take place, the people behind them and a broader reflection on what these projects mean.

The 'Review: Prince Claus Fund 2012 Call for Proposals Digital Culture and New Media' is now available online and in print. The second 2012 call for proposals by the Prince Claus Fund welcomed cultural initiatives from organisations and individuals on digital forms of social and artistic expression.

'The Review' not only shows the diversity of the projects that were supported by the 2012 South East and Central Asia Call, but also offers insights into the context in which they take place, the people behind them and a broader reflection on what these projects mean.
